Urban Air Adventure Park, Middletown, NY

An indoor amusement park for kids and family opened for business in 2019

Structural design for major structure alternation to a large existing mall space. Removed two existing structural columns to provide the required space for the new park installation, provided reinforcements to existing structures and foundation.

There was no shoring required during structural alternation even including the operation of column removal due to our creative and excellent special structural solutions. It saved a great amount of cost and time for the construction work.
